How to become jacked naturally

In this lifetime as men, I feel we should all reach our full potential. How amazing it would be to see and experience the best version of you. Men generally all over the world like it or not are placed in the eye of perception, based upon the scale of male hierarchy. That being said also pertains to a man’s earnings, looks and status. All which can be controlled to some level of degree, which in this post I will be talking about physical body structure. Being in shape builds attraction and also self confidence. This is a big plus in looks because you will be able to wear things most men can’t and look good doing so.

The first thing a man must do before anything is to condition his mind. I wrote a quote that says “condition the mind and the body will follow” what a man consumes mentally is vital to his growth. My routine consist of a balanced diet monitoring my macros. Fueling up on protein is a sure way to gain for bulking, Calorie deficit and Calorie surplus is important based upon your desired physique. Calorie deficit is great for reducing body fat percentage while shredding. So we have, diet excercise sleep and recovery. I will share my routine and the things that worked for me.

My diet and Supplements used

For breakfast I consume a protein smoothie, packed with fiber calcium and magnesium. Two cups of almond milk one heaping tablespoon of cacao powder, two tablespoons of organic fresh sea moss, one tablespoon of peanut butter and one and a half banana. This is at four in the morning, my first meal i also take two capsules of Korean red panax ginseng with water. At eight am I have fruit or nuts. At twelve noon I have a fulfilling lunch of whatever I prepared along with two capsules of horny horny goat weed and water only. My last meal of the day is around 6:30 or seven pm, depending if I’m in surplus or deficit I may not eat dinner. I also sub out supplements certain days just to get more natural things in, like chlorophyll bladderwrack and sarsaparilla.

Excercise regimen

My workouts consist of six days active and one rest day. Mornings I do a ninety second stretch and a ergonomic test, accompanied by 25 declined push ups 50 jumping jacks and twenty pull ups. Small conditioning early morning workouts to get blood flowing helps the body stay lubricated. Afternoons at the gym around five pm, i usually plan full body workouts starting with a 15 minute cardio. I’m usually in the gym on average 45 minutes to an hour, I use my time smart and efficiently. Inside the gym I’m lifting pushing and pulling heavy but safely full body circuits. Monday Tuesday Thursday and Saturdays are gym days. Wednesday and Sundays are 30 minute home workouts, same time around 4:30 5 pm. Fridays are rest and recovery days along with meditation.

Sleeping

Sleep is very important not just for rest and recovery but you build muscle while you are sleeping. It’s called body building for a reason, you tare your body down only to build a new one. Sleep is important for you to do so efficiently and productively. Set yourself a sleep schedule that you stick to every day, where you get preferably 8 hours a night with no phone or tv one hour before bed.

Educate yourself, find a regimen that works for you and stick to it. Always remember true wealth is health you only get one body help it take care of you. It builds confidence along with character and self love, women will love to see you naked.
